In the shade of the Forest
Forest baths, nature observation and biodiversity
Do you want to give yourself time to relax, walk leisurely, observe nature and its wonders? This program is for you.
Quiet forest, the glow of spring sun on a calm lake, the darkness of late summer and crisp weather, bright snow-covered winter landscapes. Would you like to come experience these with us?
We will take a leisurely walk through a small forest, explore the plants along the way and discover the stories of the forest.
From spring to midsummer is a good time to observe and listen to birds; owls begin their calls in the evening dusk from February to March. As spring progresses, various migratory birds arrive and bird wetlands are great spots for observation. The chirping and twittering of birds continues until around midsummer and then diminishes slightly as they start caring for their young.
If possible, we can also observe forest animals. For example, late summer is the best time to observe moose, and they can even be called to come closer. With luck, we might catch a glimpse of this majestic forest king.
In winter, the best thing is for exa, mple being able to kick-sled through a pristine white, snowy landscape. Along the way, we will stop by a campfire and enjoy nature's small offerings and the tranquility the forest provides amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
