Enjoy delicious treats by the glow of the campfire. Dining at the campfire or having a small snack completes a lovely forest adventure. Everything tastes incredibly good in nature!

What could be nicer than having someone take care of the snacks in advance, even if it’s just a traditional campfire sausage? However, you can prepare a delicious salad as an accompaniment to the sausage, incorporating seasonal wild ingredients. With us, you’ll also have the opportunity to prepare or enjoy a ready-made campfire meal featuring fish, game, and vegetables. A meat or vegetable patty made with vegetable broth is quite a filling treat, and for dessert, you might enjoy blueberry pie or twig buns.

Includes a meat or vegetable pie made with vegetable consommé or sausages with salad and some other side dishes. Drink options are juice, coffee or tea. Dessert includes a berry seasonal pie or crépes (thin pancakes) made in a pan over the fire. Available in forest excursions or events.

Campfire Fish and Other Delicacies:

Includes salmon or other fish prepared over the campfire, served with a salad or campfire potatoes, bread, and spread. Drink options are juice, coffee or tea. Dessert includes a berry seasonal pie or crépes (thin pancakes) made in a pan over the fire. Available in forest excursions or events.

Celebration in Nature:

110 € / person

Includes a festive 3-4 course meal including ingredients from nature and local delicacies. The meal details will be discussed during the order process and will be tailored to the client's wishes. Available in forest excursions or events.

Metsäretkellä nautitaan kunnon eväät. Makkaran sijaan voidaan nuotiolla valmistaa herkullista lohta, joka tarjoillaan esimerkiksi karpaloiden, friteeratun jäkälän ja kokojyväleivän kanssa. Juomana vesi ja karpalomehu.

Retkieväät maistuvat metsässä. Kummakivi, jääkautinen siirtolohkare, antaa mukavan taustamaiseman eväille; mustikkapiirakka vaniljakastikkeella ja kuppi kahvia tai teetä

Etelä-Karjalan retkeilyreittien varrella on mukavia, metsäisiä laavupaikkoja, joissa on hyvä levähtää nuotion ääressä ja nauttia eväitä.

Syksyn retkillä voi poimia suolta karpaloita. Ne ovat parhaita pienten pakkasten jälkeen.
