Availability and Duration

Tales of Tapio can be arranged from May to the end of September. The duration of the experience is approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the location.

The specific location will be announced separately, as the sites vary. The destination can also be chosen based on your preferences. The adventure is suitable for all ages and can be made accessible if needed.

What to Bring

Dress appropriately for outdoor conditions and keep an open mind. In rainy or damp weather, be sure to wear suitable clothing and footwear.

Group Size and Pricing

There is no minimum participant requirement, but a maximum of 20 people can join. The experience can also accommodate larger groups upon request. Please inquire for a separate quote for larger groups here. The minimum fee for the experience is 400 €.

Cancellation policy

• The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 21 days before the booked date.
• If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 20 days before the booked date, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
• If the cancellation takes place less than 7 days before the booked date, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
• CreativeKaiku reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation no later than two weeks prior to the booked date.
